COMMISSIONER’S WELCOME
JODIE TURNER
NGFFL COMMISSIONER
Welcome to the NGFFL, where the love of the game brings us together, and the power of community keeps us connected.
Since 2002, the NGFFL has brought LGBTQ+ athletes and allies together through flag football, creating a community that extends far beyond the field. It’s a place to compete, build lasting friendships, and be part of something bigger than the game itself.
As Commissioner, I’m proud to be part of this community and to help lead the NGFFL into its next chapter. What makes this league special is the people who bring it to life: our players, teams, league leaders, volunteers, and supporters. Their passion makes this community thrive, and it will continue to move us forward.
Whether you’re a longtime player, a new teammate, a supporter, or just discovering us for the first time, there’s a place for you here.
I look forward to what we’ll accomplish together.

NGFFL Participant Incident Report Form
NGFFL tournament participants may report incidents that occur during any event at an NGFFL-conducted tournament for possible referral to the NGFFL's Participant Conduct Committee (PCC).
The NGFFL Director of Officials will send a confirmation of receipt of any participant’s incident report filing no later than 24 hours after submission, with the entire NGFFL Board copied.
All off-field incidents should be reviewed as soon as possible to determine player eligibility in the current tournament. A PCC decision that allows a participant to continue to participate in the current tournament does not necessarily mean that the incident is closed, and the investigation is over. Any such decision also will not impact the PCC final decision until after the full investigation is completed.
